Mental health and wellbeing referral opportunities

  • The Yara Centre is a space for WHRDs from the MENA and Asia regions to come together and learn about the importance of self-care, wellness and holistic security. WHRDs can share their own experiences and strategies to ensure their psycho-social health and resilience, allowing for their sustained activism despite pressures and challenges. Yara also provides psycho-social support for WHRDs in the form of trainings on wellness, self-care and holistic security for its partners.
  • Open Briefing provides wellbeing support to WHRDs from Latin America, including remote counseling in Spanish, a wellbeing action plan, and referrals to peer support and resources.
