Emmanuel Muyinda works in operations and provides program support to the Rapid Response Window (RRW) and the Women Human Rights Defenders (WHRD) Window of the United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF). His area of work mainly covers finance, budget management, partner agreements management and financial reporting, administration, and travel.
Prior to joining WPHF, Emmanuel worked at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) as a Finance Assistant and as a Programme Finance Associate for seven years. He also worked as a Programme Assistant with UNDP’s Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery (BCPR) for four years.
Emmanuel started his career in 2001 with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), where he worked as a Finance and Administration Assistant in the Geneva Office, and was later deployed to Afghanistan as a Programme Support Officer.
Emmanuel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.com) from Barkatullah University in Madhya Pradesh (MP), India.
