Bea Ciordia works on social media and content management at the United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF), where she contributes to the enhanced visibility and global reach of WPHF’s activities, projects, partners and impact.
Prior to joining WPHF in 2022, she was a Mexico-based consultant with CGIAR, a global research partnership on food security and climate change, and worked as a junior communications advisor at the European Union Delegation to the United Nations. As a journalist, she’s written about gender equality, human rights and migration for a number of media outlets in Spain and the United States.
Bea holds an MA degree in International Relations from New York University, where she was a Fulbright scholar. She also holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Navarra (Spain).
