Erica Stillo

Erica Stillo joined the United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) Secretariat in 2020 as the Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant, bringing over 18 years of experience in results-based management, gender-sensitive M&E and evaluations, and extensive field experience in more than 10 countries. She currently leads monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities at the Fund, including the management of WPHF’s information system and data; provides technical support and capacity building to Country Offices and civil society organizations (CSOs) in M&E and reporting; and supports in evaluations of proposals and review of results frameworks from local women’s rights organizations, as well as dissemination of results and impact to external stakeholders.

Prior to WPHF, Erica worked in several INGOs as M&E lead for programming in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), women’s economic empowerment, youth employment and livelihood and agriculture in Africa and Asia. She has also developed several capacity building initiatives in M&E for local CSOs, designed and carried out large-scale mixed-methods studies in several countries, and taken part in the development of Plan Asia’s International Girls’ Leadership Index.

Erica holds a MA in Sociology with a focus on indigenous social movements.
